A10     Moccasin Walk
Moccasin Walk is an interactive and reflective session to practice wellness strategies- you will have knowledge for you and your students. A happy you is a strong you- a strong you can empower others! This session uses a nature theme (Indigenous) to bring in that calm. Youth say, “I’m nervous, I’m anxious”. You say, “Hey, I understand. I’d love to share a great strategy that I use to be strong in situations.” They say, “Wow, you’re awesome!”

Raven Ritcey, B.Ed, M.Ed., is a facilitator, entertainer, and retired teacher currently living in Merritt.
