Mindfulness in the classroom; learn how wellness practices of yoga and mindfulness can be embodied in class, as well as the benefits for you as a teacher. Learn self-care practices and direct ways to share with your students to promote self-regulation and strengthen relationships. (Please bring a yoga mat.)

Natalie Saari is a Kinesiologist, Yoga Therapist and educator of Vinyasa Yoga For Youth- a non-profit creating accessible yoga programs for youth-at-risk in Kamloops.
