Teachers work hard, create, and connect. Come join in a conversation of support and culture building. This workshop endeavours to acknowledge the profession, share ideas, and empower us. Collegiality, encouragement, and idea generation is the goal- a positive and supportive environment is guaranteed. Topics covered will be staff culture, classroom environment, and teacher empowerment.

Mike Koppes has been teaching with SD 73 since 2000. His interests are his family, all historical things, gamification, culture, and enjoying every day. He also like a little foosball now and then.
